According to the color therapy technique, each color has an effect on mood and emotions.
Red Stimulates, strengthens willpower and facilitates decision making. It acts on the heart, kidneys, lungs and bones. It is used in skin problems and wounds that have previously been infected.
Orange represents the dawn. It improves fatigue states, brings security and boosts a good self-esteem, it is considered the most important color to treat depression and tiredness.
Yellow symbolizes alertness, intellectuality. It improves concentration avoiding mental dispersion and elevates morale, influences the activity of the liver, stomach, intestines, bladder, and some organs of the endocrine system.
Green invites harmony and healing, it is recommended for hyperactive people. It brings serenity, calms anger and enhances the ability to put oneself in the other’s place. It helps to expel toxic substances from the body and is essential for sore bones and joints.
Blue represents peace, it is the color of the sky and the ocean, it has antiseptic properties. It helps healing and makes us more generous and supportive. It is beneficial for tiredness and sleep, helps to fight pain and lower blood pressure.
Violet is the spiritual color, it helps meditation, imagination and intuition. It helps to face fears, anxiety and phobias. It also favors concentration in studies and has a great transmuting power, so it helps to cope with changes. It is attributed to the functioning of the spleen, and to treat menopause and osteoporosis.
